Terms of service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
DEADLINESI work without strict deadlines as a hobbyist artist, and as such your commission may take anywhere between 1 week to 3 months to complete. If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know in your request. A 50% rush fee will be applied to orders specifically requested to be completed in under 2 weeks.WILLS/WON'TSI will draw your humanoid, anthro, and feral characters of any species. This can include, but is not limited to:
- Humans, fantasy species [elves, dwarves, gnomes, tieflings, the whole gamut]
- Dragons, dinosaurs, fantasy creatures and monsters
- "Uncommon" animal character species or anything that is not a dog or cat
- Anthropomorphic/"furry" charactersMost of my commission work is SFW, but I do accept NSFW requests on a case-by-case basis. I will not draw NSFW of any character that is not your own, or without explicit permission from the owner.I will not draw anything that contains hateful and/or bigoted imagery, or cultural appropriation. I reserve the right to deny a commission request for any reason.PROCESS- Send your commission request via Ko-Fi or DM.
- If not requested through Ko-Fi, I will send you a PayPal Invoice to complete.
- Your order will be added to my Trello queue, where you can track its progress.
- If warranted, I will send you a preliminary sketch to be approved by you. This is where it is appropriate to ask for edits.
- Once approved, I will work on your commission to completion.
- I do not typically send extra work in progress updates aside from the preliminary sketch. If you'd like more frequent updates, please let me know.
- When finished, I will send you full-size files via Google Drive.CONTACTYou are welcome to contact me via Discord DM or Ko-Fi with any questions regarding your commission or to tell me more about your character! However, please refrain from repeatedly sending messages asking for updates. The status of all my commission work is regularly updated on my Trello. I appreciate your patience!PAYMENTI take all commission requests and payment through Ko-Fi or PayPal Invoice. Full payment is made upfront before I start working on your order. Once a sketch is sent and approved by you (where applicable), I will not process any refunds on your order.USAGEI reserve the right to use any and all commission pieces as future examples and to post on social media.Your commission is for personal use unless otherwise specified. You may post it online wherever you wish with credit.You may not claim my art as your own, nor use it for commercial purposes without discussing transfer of ownership and paying a commercial usage fee.You are prohibited from using my artwork as an NFT, and/or editing, altering, or tampering with my work using AI in any capacity.
Do not use my art to train AI generators.
